A big thank you to Emmett Brogan , Climate Education Officer from Fermanagh and Omagh District Council who came in to P6 and delivered a Winter Bird Workshop. Everyone got a chance to make a bird feeder and we hung these around the school. We learnt lots about spotting birds, feeding birds and what kinds of things birds can eat. Emmett also shared an app we can use at home to identify birds in our local environment. Link is available below:
